Wexler, the international class 18-hole is a delightful
challenge to the skills of any golfer. Demanding yet forgiving.
Tough but not imposing. Each session on the greens may
present a different set of circumstances but it only makes
the game that much more interesting.
Those who wish to perfect their
skills and polish their game may do so at the adjacent
60-bay, 2 tier driving range. The sprawling clubhouse
offers excellent facilities in a plush setting.
Bungalow lots are incorporated
into the course layout for those who enjoy living in a
golfing environment.

Hole I Par 4 / Index I-370 metres |

Arguably
the toughest par four of the entire layout.
From a hillside tee, golfers are challenged
to clear the stream which demands a 150-metre
carry. The approach is narrowed by the
ravine on the right and a bunker on the
left. |

Hole 2 Par 4 / Index 9-375
metres |
 |
The
same stream which complicates the tee
shot at the Ist cuts across the 2nd fairway
about 200 metres from the blue tees. Without
the advantage of a high elevation tee
off, golfers would do well to lay up for
a mid-iron approach over the water. |

Hole 3 Par 5/Index 11-478
metres |
 |
Relatively
straightforward par five which should
not be unduly penal unless you slice or
hook badly. Play your second shot slightly
left of centre to open up the pin to attack. |

long par three which favours a slight
draw taking the huge, star-shaped
bunker on the left out of play. |

A
good tee shot should clear the fairway

is sentried by two bunkers to the

The
stream which separates the teebox
from the wide landing area is no
more than a psychological obstacle
unless you duff your drive. Keep
right far the best approach. |

Take
care not to slice your drive as
OB lies beyond the buggy track on
the right. The landing area is narrowed
by two bunkers on either side of
the fairway. |

Hole 8 Par 3 / Index 17-160 metres |

A
nerve-testing par three with little
room for error. Cleaning the water
which separates the `bailout' area
from the teebox is not a problem,
but a slice or strong wind could
land your ball in the water beyond
the steep bank on the right of the
green. |

Hole 9 Par 5/ Index 7-460 metres |
 |
If
you fail to generate good distance
from the tee, you may be unable
to see the water which threatens
your second shot on this double
dogleg par five. Take enough club
on the approach to make sure you
clear the bunker to the front left
of the green. |

Hole 10 Par 4 /
Index 15-330 metres |
 |
One
of the few straight par fours on
the course, but under estimate it
not as OB lurks on the left and
a stream in the ravine on the right.
A drive straight down the middle
will set up a good birdie opportunity. |

11 Par 5/ Index 12-475metres |
 |
The
tee shot has to negotiate the hill
on the left and, on the right, the
same ravine and stream which guards
the right side of the 10th. Both
the second shot and approach play
uphill through a network of bunkers. |

12 Par 4 / Index 2-345 metres |

A
stream and two pot bunkers on the
right threaten a sliced tee shot,
while wave like undulations on the
fairway may give you an awkward
lie even if you find the cropped
grass. |

Hole
13 Par 4/ Index 14-345 metres |
 |
One
of the most dramatic holes of the
course. A deep ravine on the right
has to be avoided although a drive
to the right half of the fairway
is best. The second shot has to
be played across the same ravine
to large green nestled in a natural
amphitheatre. |

14 Par 3/ Index 18-130 metres |
 |
A
pretty par three where a large bunker
guards the front of the receptive
green. |

15 Par 4/ Index 8-385 metres |
 |
Take
a breather and enjoy the superb
view from the teebox, which
located on the highest point
of the course. Bunkers guard
both sides of the landing
area while OB lurks on the
left. A good drive is needed
if you hope to be on in two. |

16 Par 3/ Index 10-175 metres |
 |
The
tee shot has to cross a canal
and a huge bunker to the front
right of the green. There
is ample space on the left
for a safe shot, but that
would leave you with a tricky
uphill chip to save par. |

17 Par 5/ Index 4-495 metres |

 |
Bukit
Jalil's Hole 17 demands a
150 metre water carry onto a tight,
well-mounded fairway which doglegs
first to the left, then to the right.
A badly hooked second shot could
find water, while sand and OB on
the right make it prudent not to
slice your approach. |

Played
from elevated tees, this is Bukit Jalil's Signature Hole.The tee shot
has to clear a stream about 190
metres away to reach the landing
area. From there play is uphill
towards the green, which is guarded
by a bunker complex to the front
left. |

- Each member is allowed a maximum of 3 guests for one flight.
- Guest and Visitor fees for golf (7.00am to 8.00pm).
- Booking should be done 3 days in advance. Last tee-Off is at 5.57 pm for 9 holes and 3.30 pm for 18 holes (weekdays).
- Closed for maintenance on Monday.
- All golfers must have valid handicap, golf insurance scheme of RM3.00 per person.
- Golfer must register personally 15 minutes before tee-off with booking slip.
- Cancellation should be done within 24 hours from the time of booking to tee-off otherwise a minimum fee of **RM115.60 will be charged for “NO SHOW”.
