Privileges/Supplementary Cards:
Extended to one lawful spouse and children below 18 years of age.

Refundable Performance Retainer : (Security Deposit)

Privilege RM500.00

Processing Fee : RM95.00

Monthly Subscription :
Golf RM110.57 (subject to revision)
Privilege RM73.70 ( Subject to revision)

Term of Membership : 99 years (expiring 29th May 2092)

Mode of Payment :

1) Full Payment
2) Installment scheme by
a) mail order
b) post-dated cheques

Transferability : 5 years from the date of License Agreement executed.
Transfer fee at 10% of i) RM36,000 (Golf) RM14,800 (Privilege) or ii) the prevailing market value of the License (whichever is higher)

Nomination Fee : (upon full payment of membership)
Golf RM500.00 per year
Privilege Rm300.00 per year

Development Fee : May be levied only after year 2004. The amount shall not exceed twelve (12 ) times the monthly subscription.

Facilities:Golf – all club facilities
Privilege – all club facilities except golfing

Application for membership must be made on application form attached with a copy of the Prospectus which available from the clubhouse.

Requirement for Submission of Membership
Individual Applicant
-	Duly completed Membership Application Form
-	Duly signed Membership Licence Agreements (Original & Duplicate)
-	Photocopy of NRIC - Principal & spouse
-	Photocopy of Birth Certificate - children
-	4 (Golf) / 3 (Privilege) copies of passport size coloured photographs each for principal and family members.
-	Membership fee - payable to Universal Trustee (M) Bhd, a/c of Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad.
-	Security Deposit - payable to Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad

Corporate Applicant
-	Duly completed Membership Application Form
-	Duly signed Membership Licence Agreements (Original & Duplicate)
-	Photocopy of purposed nominee & their spouse NRIC
-	Photocopy of purposed nominee Children Birth Certificate
-	4 (Golf) / 3 (Privilege) copies of passport size coloured photographs each for purposed nominee and their family members.
-	A certified of true copy of company Board of Resolution to purchase the membership & purposed nominee Memorandum & Articales of Association (M & A).
-	Membership fee - payable to Universal Trustee (M) Bhd, a/c of Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad.
-	Security Deposit - payable to Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad

Cooling-Off Period
-	Applicants are adviced that they are entitle a cooling - off period of ten (10) days from the date of Down payment Official receipt for the purchase of a membership is lodged with the club to withdraw the application without any deduction or penalty

Duration of Membership
-	Until May 29, 2092
