SPECIFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS

2 RACQUET GAMES
  All members and their guests must register at the Sports/Golf counter before commencing their sports activities.
2.1 FACILITIES
  The racquet games facilities will comprise the following facilities:
 
(a) Badminton courts
(b) Squash courts
(c) Tennis Courts
(d) Table Tennis Tables
  and include such other facilities as the Company may from time to time at its obsolute discretion provide.
2.2 OPERATING HOURS
  All racquet game courts shall be opened at such times as are posted on the Resort's Notice Board.
2.3 RACQUET GAMES RULES
  All racquet games shall be played in accordance with the rules and regulations of their respective national associations governing the playing of such racquet games.
2.4 GENERAL
2.4.1 The Management shall have full control over the courts and facilities and may open, close or reserve the same for such periods for but not limited to tournament, exhibition or repairs.
2.4.2 All children under the age of 6 years are not permitted in the racquet games areas unless accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
2.4.3 Smoking and food are not permitted on the courts and playing areas.
2.4.4 Only approved types of equipment shall be used. Racquets with sharp edges which are protected shall not be permitted.
2.4.5 Smooth-soled shoes with non-marking soles shall be worn. Shoes with studs or spikes or black soles such as jogging shoes shall not be permitted.
2.5 DRESS CODE
  Proper, clean and presentable attire shall be worn on the courts. T-shirts with sleeves, shorts and socks shall at all times be worn. Singlets, `cut-offs' and such other attires which in the reasonable opinion of the Management are or may be offensive are not be allowed. Ladies may wear white long pants.
2.6 GENERAL BOOKING PROCEDURES
2.6.1 The rules for or in relation to the booking of the Courts may from time to time at the absolute discretion of the Management be changed and such changes if any will be posted on the Notice Board.
2.6.2 Unless otherwise posted, bookings will be for one(1) hour only per court /per member. Any court not taken up within ten (10) minutes from the start of the booked time by the Member who made the reservation will be made immediately available to other Member.
2.6.3 As a courtesy to other Members, players must promptly vacate the courts when their session of play ends. Subject to the availability of court, an extension of courts time may be made at the Control Desk after the completion of the one (1) hour play.
2.6.4 Any cancellation of booked courts must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the booked time. A Licensee who fails to turn up to take the court after having made the booking or reservation will be charged RM10.00 as `cancellation' or any charges as the management deems fit.
2.7 LESSONS
2.7.1 All racquet games lessons may be conducted only at the Resort by such qualified and authorised coaches or instructors who are appointed or approved by the Company. Such lessons may be arranged with the booking clerk at the Sports control desk of the Resort.
2.7.2 All registration and charged payments for any racquet games lesson including any rentals of the equipment in relation thereto must be transacted at the Sports control desk and signed for prior to the commencement of such lesson. No cash payment to the sports complex staff coaches or instructors is allowed.
