SPECIFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS

1 SWIMMING POOL
1.1 FACILITIES
  The swimming pool comprises of the main pool and a children's pool including
the water slides erected therein (collectively `the Pools')

1.2

OPERATING HOURS
1.2.1 The operating hours and bye-laws relating to the use of the swimming pool will be posted on the Resort's Notice Board.
1.2.2 The use of the Pools is strictly prohibited during closing hours.
1.3 GENERAL
1.3.1 No animals shall be brought on or within the swimming pool.
1.3.2 All users of the Pools must shower before entering the Pools
1.3.3 All children under the age of 12 years must at all times be accompanied by their parents or guardian who will also be responsible for their conduct and safety.
1.3.4 The use of children's pool shall be confined to children under the age of 12 years and must at all times be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
1.3.5 No child under the age of 12 years shall at any time be near or allowed to use the main pool unless accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult in the adult pool or has been certified fit to use the main pool by a Lifeguard.
1.3.6 No person shall bring on, use or play any portable radio and/or cassette player or any other musical instrument (save and except those that are approved by the Management) to or within the swimming pool area.
1.3.7 No person suffering from any infections or contagious disease shall use the Pools. Spitting or any other unhygienic acts in or around the pool or deck area are strictly prohibited.
1.3.8 No person who is under the influence of liquor drugs or any other form intoxicating matters or substance shall use the Pools.
1.3.9 No food or drinks are allowed within the swimming pool adjacent to the Pools.
1.3.l0 The use of rubber or plastic toy canoes, beach balls and any other forms or types of swimming aids must be approved by a Lifeguard and such use may be confined to specified periods or times of the day. All equipment or other items made of glass or metal (including but not limited to goggles, snorkel, mask, spectacles, coins, weights) may not be used unless approved by a Lifeguard.
1.3.11 All user of the Pools are strongly advised to leave the Pools during
thunderstorms or under any other life threatening or emergency situations or
circumstances and shall do so immediately when directed or instructed by the
Pool Supervisor or Lifeguard with long whistle blasts.
1.3.12 All running, pushing or any form of 'rough play' within the vicinity of and/or in the Pools are strictly prohibited.
1.3.13 All plungers and/or divers must ensure that the swimming pool is clear of other swimmers or users or who are within their path before plunging and/or diving into the swimming pool. The Lifeguards may at their obsolute discretion restrict this form of activity if it is in their opinion that the pools are overcrowded.
1.3.14 The pool filtration, mechanical, and electrical are strictly out of bounds to any persons save and except for the authorised personnel of the Company.
1.3.15 Save and except in emergency situations, no person may use the pool safety equipment or first aid room without any authorization from the pool staff.
1.3.16 The water slide at the children's pool is strictly for children and adults are not allowed to use the same.
1.4 DRESS CODE
  All user of the Pools must at all times wear proper bathing attire. An accepted bathing attire or attires will from time to time displayed on the swimming pool notice board. Any other form will be refused.
1.5 LESSONS
1.5.1 Swimming, life-saving and other aquatics lesson (collectively `the swimming programme") may be conducted only at the Resort by such qualified and authorised coaches or instructors who are appointed or approved by the Company.
1.5.2 All registration and charged payments for swimming programme including any rentals of the equipments in relation thereto must be transacted at the Sports Control Desk and signed for prior to the commencement of the swimming programme. No cash payment direct to the pool staff coaches or instructors is allowed.
1.6 LOCKERS
1.6.1 Lockers for day-time use only will be available at the pool changing rooms.

1.6.2

A charge of such amount as shall be determined from time to time by the Management will be imposed for any keys lost or unreturned within the same day by Members.
1.6.3 Members must produce their membership cards when requesting for the towels and/or locker keys.
