Special Membership Promotion (Golfing)
Entrance Fees : RM 15,000
Launch Date : 1 July 2008
Refundable Deposit : RM1,500
Administration Fees : RM95
Monthly Subscription : RM110.25 + 5% govt tax.
Privileges : All club facilities including golf. Extended to principal, spouse and children below 21 years of age.
Transferable after 3 years.
Special Membership Promotion (Non-Golfing)
Entrance Fees : RM 5,000
Launch Date : 1 July 2008
Refundable Deposit : RM1,000
Administration Fees : RM95
Monthly Subscription : RM105 + 5% govt tax.
Privileges : All club facilities excluding golf. Extended to principal, spouse and children below 21 years of age.
Transferable after 3 years.
Term Membership
Entrance Fees : RM5,000 (Golfing) and RM3,000 (Non-Golfing) - per annum.
Refundable Security Deposit : RM1,000
Monthly Subscription : RM110.25 (Golf) & RM105 (Non-Golf) + 5% govt tax.
For Expatriates only. Extended to principal, spouse and children below 21 years of age.
Membership is Nontransferable.
Corporate Charter Membership (Golfing)
Membership Fee :
One nominee : RM15,000
Two nominees : RM30,000
Three nominees : RM45,000
Administration Fee : RM95
Monthly Subscription : RM110.25 + 5% govt. tax per nominee.
Transferable after three years if to another corporation. No time limit if change of nominee. Change of nominee fee is RM1,500 per nominee.
Extended to nominee's family with children below 21 years of age.
Corporate Regular Membership (Non-Golfing)
Membership Fee :

Two nominees : RM10,000
Three nominees : RM15,000
Administration Fee : RM95

How To Apply for Membership
* Full payment or minimum downpayment of 20%
* Refundable security deposit
* Administration fees.
* Easy payment scheme is also available.
Requirements
* Duly filled application form
* Photocopy of IC - applicant & spouse &
birth cert for children.
* 3 driving license size photographs each.
* 2 copies signed Licence Agreement.
* For Corporate Membership certified true copy of
the company resolution and Memorandum & Articles
of Association (M&A), form 24 & 49.
Cooling-Off
Period
Applicants are advised that they are entitled a
cooling-off period of ten (10) days from the date
the application form for the purchase of a membership
is lodged with the developer to withdraw the application
without any deduction or penalty.
Duration of Membership
Leasehold for 99 years expiring on 17 June, 2078.
