AQUATICS |
| 5.1 |
FACILITY |
| 5.1.1 |
The
aquatics facility may comprise the following facilities
or such other facilities as the Management shall determine
from time to time: |

a
25 meter swimming pool |
| (b) |
an
Adult sunken pool |
| (c) |
a
Children's pool with slide. |

| 5.2
|
OPERATING
HOURS |
|
5.2.1 |
All
pools shall be open from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm daily
unless otherwise determined by the Management from
time to time. |
|
5.2.2 |
The
Management may, at any time, close the aquatics facilities
or any part of the aquatics facilities for am reason
whatsoever. |
| 5.3 |
GENERAL. |
| 5.3.1 |
No
person is allowed to swim or sunbathe without swimming
attire. Only swimming attire which are approved by
the Management may be worn and in this respect, the
Management's decision shall be final. |
| 5.3.2
|
All
persons must change into their swimming attire at
the Changing Room only. |
| 5.3.3 |
Children
below 12 years old must be accompanied by their parent
or guardian. |
| 5.3.4
|
Children
below 18 years old are not allowed to use the Adult
sunken pool. |
| 5.3.5
|
No
person suffering from any communicable disease or
under the influence of liquor or drug is allowed to
use any of tile aquatics facilities. |
| 5.3.6 |
No
person shall consume food or drinks in or near the
edge of any of the pools except at the bar in fie
Adult sunken pool. |
| 5.3.7 |
Spitting
or any unhygienic acts in or around the pools or deck
are prohibited. |
| 5.3.8 |
Only
swimming and buoyancy aids which are approved by the
attending life guard/ supervisor are permitted in
the pools. |
| 5.3.9 |
All
persons must vacate the pools when directed to do
so by the attending life guard during bad weather. |
| 5.3.10 |
Club
towels are available at the Pool Towels Counter and
must be returned at the Pool Towels Counter failing
which a fee shall be levied for the same. |
| 5.4
|
LESSONS |
| 5.4.1 |
Swimming
and other aquatic lessons may be conducted by the
Club's qualified and authorized coaches or instructors
only. |
| 5.4.2 |
All
registration and charged payments for swimming programmes
and rentals must be made at the Fool Control Desk.
Cash payments to the coaches or instructors directly
are prohibited. |
