FOOD
AND BEVERAGE FACILITIES |
| 9.1 |
The
Food and Beverage Facilities may comprise the following
facilities or such other facilities as the Management
shall determine from time tot time: |

Duyong
Coffee (louse |
| (b) |
Banquet
Rooms |
| (c) |
All
food and beverage outlets throughout the Club
premises. |

| 9.2 |
OPERATING
HOURS |
| 9.2.1 |
The
various Food and Beverage Facilities shall be opened
daily lit such hours as shall be posted at the respective
food and beverage facilities. |
| 9.2.2 |
The
Management may close the Food and Beverage Facilities
or any part of the Focal and Beverage Facilities for
any reason whatsoever. |
| 9.3 |
GENERAL |
| 9.3.1
|
Reservations
for any Banquet facilities may he made by Members
and will he accepted can a tint come first serve basis
upon payment Of a sum equivalent to 50'% of the fee
payable unless otherwise determined by the Management
from time to time. |
| 9.3.2 |
All
Reservations made must be confirmed by the Member
at ]cast seven (7) days before the date of the function
and upon such confirmation. the 50% deposit shall
be payable. |
| 9.3.3
|
All
cancellation of any reservation by a Member must be
by way of notice to the Management at least forty-eight
(48) hours before the reserved time of the function,
failing which the 50% deposit paid shall be forfeited. |
