LOCKER
ROOMS FACILITIES |
| 6.1 |
The
Locker Room Facilities may comprise the following
facilities or such other facilities as the Management
shall determine from time to time: |

Massage
Rooms |

Lockers |

| 6.2
|
OPERATING
HOURS |
| 6.2.1
|
Unless
otherwise determined by the Management from time to
time Locker Rooms shall be open from '.00 am to 11.00
pm daily and each of the facilities of the Locker
Room Facilities shall be opened daily at such hours
as shall be posted at the respective facilities. |
| 6.2.2
|
The
Management may at any time, close the Locker Rooms
or any part of the Locker Rooms Facilities for any
reason whatsoever. |
| 6.3
|
GENERAL |
| 6.3.1
|
No
smoking, drinking or eating is allowed in the Locker
Rooms. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. |
| 6.3.2
|
Persons
suffering from any ill?health or ailments which may
be contagious are not allowed to and should not use
the Jacuzzi, Sauna or Steam Rooms. |
| 6.3.3 |
Children
below 12 years old are not allowed to use Sauna, Steam
Room and Jacuzzi/ facilities except accompanied by
a parent. |
| 6.3.4
|
Only
persons and children above the age of eighteen C18)
years are permitted to use the Massage Room. |
| 6.3.5
|
Boys
who are four (=f) years old and above are not allowed
in the Ladies' Locker Room and no girl is allowed
in the Men's Locker Room. |
| 6.3.6
|
Club
towels are available at the Lockers Counter and must
he returned at the lockers counter failing which a
fee shall be levied for the same. |
| 6.3.7 |
Lockers
may be available for rental to Members at a charge
to he determined by the Management. Allocation Of
Lockers will be on a first come first serve basis |
| 6.3.8 |
Members
must keep lockers allocated to them clean and tidy
at all times and no articles must be left overnight
in lockers which arc designated for daytime use only. |
| 6.3.9 |
Storage
of food-stuff, weapons, banned publications, dadah
(illegal drugs). etc. in Lockers is prohibited. |
| 6.3.10 |
The
Management shall be entitled to charge a fee for replacement
of lost or missing locker key. |
| 6.3.11 |
Neither
the Company nor the Management will be responsible/liable
far any loss or damage to any articles deposited in
lockers by Members. |
| 6.3.12 |
Guest
using locker facilities will be charge a nominal fee
to be determine by the management from time to time. |
