RACQUET
GAMES FACILITIES |
| 4.1 |
The
Racquet Games facilities may comprise the following
facilities or such other facilities as the Management
shall determine front time to time: |

Squash
Courts |

Tennis
Courts. |

Table
Tennis Courts. |

| 4.2 |
OPERATING
HOURS |
| 4.2.1
|
The
Racquet Ganics Facilities shall be open front 7.00
am to 10.00 pm daily unless otherwise determined by
the Management front time to time |
| 4.2.2 |
The
Management may, at any time, close the Racquet Games
Facilities or any part of the Racquet Games Facilities
for any reason whatsoever. |
| 4.3
|
GENERAL |
| 4.3.1 |
Children
below twelve (12) years old are not allowed to use
any of tile Racquet Games Facilities except with parental/guardian
supervision. Non playing children and pram are not
allowed on the courts and the placing area. |
| 4.3.2
|
No
smoking, eating or drinking is permitted on the courts
and the playing areas. |
| 4.3.3 |
Proper,
clean and presentable attire should be worn on the
courts. T-shirts with sleeves, shorts and socks shall
be worn. Singlets and cut offs are not allowed. |
| 4.3.4
|
Only
approved types of equipment shall be used. Racquets
with sharp edges which are not protected are nut permitted. |
| 4.3.5 |
Smooth
soled shoes with non-marking soles shall be worn.
Shoes with studs or spikes or black soled shoes are
not permitted. |
| 4.4
|
GENERAL
BOOKING PROCEDURES |
| 4.4.1 |
Unless
otherwise determined by the Management all courts
may be booked on an hourly basis from 7.00 am onwards
daily .Bookings may be made in person at the Spots
Control Desk or he telephone during operating hours. |
| 4.4.2 |
Bookings
may he made up to 3 days in advance for a period of
one hour only. |
| 4.4.3 |
Any
Member wishing to cancel his reservation must do so
at least 4 hours prior to his playing time failing
which a cancellation fee shall be charged and debited
to his account. |
| 4.4.4 |
Any
Member who fails to take tip a reserved court far
three (3) consecutive occasions or more shall be barred
front making any further bookings for a continuous
period of one (1) calendar month. |
| 4.4.5 |
Any
reserved court not taken up within 10 minutes by the
Member who made the reservation will be made available
to other Members. |
| 4.4.6
|
As
a courtesy to other members, players must vacate the
courts when their session of play ends. Extension
of playing times may be made at the Sports Control
Desk. |
| 4.5 |
LESSONS |
| 4.5.1 |
Lessons
may be conducted by the Club's qualified and authorized
coaches and/or instructor only. |
| 4.5.2 |
Lesson
fees must be signed for at the Sports Control desk
prior to the commencement of lesson and any cash payments
to the coach or instructor directly is prohibited. |
| 4.6 |
GUESTS |
| 4.6.1 |
Members
must play with their guests. A guest shall not be
allowed to play or continue to play in the event the
introducing Member is absent |
| 4.7
|
RULES
OF PLAY |
| 4.7.1
|
All
tennis games shall he played in accordance with the
rules and regulations of the Law Tennis association
of Malaysia. |
| 4.7.2 |
All
badminton games shall be played in accordance with
the rules and regulations set forth by the Badminton
Association of Malaysia. |
| 4.7.3
|
All
squash games shall be played in accordance with the
Constitution and Rules of the Squash Racquets Association
of Malaysia. |
