RULES

1. GENERAL
1.1 CLUB HOUSE
1.1.1 The Club House shall be opened (fail) at such hours its may he determined the Management from time to time. Notice of the: opening hours of the Club House shall be posted at a conspicuous part of the Club House.
1.1.2 The Management may at any time and from time to time by notice whether generally or for a particular occasion alter or vary the opening hours of the Club House or close any of the facilities of the Club or any part of tile facilities of the Club.
1.1.3 The facilities of the Club shall be opened during such hours its shall be posted at the
Club's premises from time to time.
1.2 MEMBERSHIP CARDS
1.2.1 Every Member will he issued a membership card and at his request, his spouse and
children above twelve (12) years old will each be issued a membership card.
1.2.2 All persons who have been issued membership cards must carry their membership cards whilst in the Club premises and must produce their membership carols when requested to do so by an authorised employee of the company.
1.2.3 Membership cards are not transferable and mast be returned to the Company upon the
termination of a Member's licence.
1.2.4 Members Shall not lend or give their Membership carols to any person for any reason
whatsoever.
1.2.5 If a Member loses his Membership card, he/She must report such lass to the Management immediately whereupon such report, a new card will be issued at a fee to be levied.
1.2.6 No cash will be accepted by the employees of the Company for any food, beverage,
merchandise and/or service consumed alt(] rendered within the Club premises unless
otherwise authorised by the Management
1.2.7 Members shall acknowledge receipt of food, beverage, merchandise and service
purchased and rendered by presenting their membership cards and signing it charge ticket bearing their full name and membership number. Cash payment to any employee of the Company is prohibited.
1.2.8 A service charge shall be levied oft all food, beverage and service purchased acid rendered.
1.3 MINOR FAMILY MEMBERS
1.3.1 Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted in certain areas of the Club premises its determined by the Management from time to time unless accompanied by a parent or under authorised Supervision.
1.3.2 persons under the age of I8 years are not allowed in:
 
(a) the Bar
(b) the Slot Machine Room
(c) the Games/Card Room
1.3.3 Persons under the age of 18 years shall not consume alcoholic beverage and Tobacco in the Club premises.
1.3.4 Parents shall at all times be responsible for the conduct of their children.
1.4 GUEST RULES
1.4.1 Members may, Subject to the payment of Such guest charge its Shall he determined by the Management front time to time and the Rules and Regulations of the Club, introduce
  guests to the Club to use and enjoy the recreation facilities of the Club.
1.4.2 All guests must he registered by the introducing Member in the Guest Book of the Club
prior to the usage of any of the facilities of the Club by his guest failing which the Member shall be, liable to pay twice the amount of guest charges payable and subject to disciplinary action tinder Regulation 14.
1.4.3 Guests must be accompanied by their introducing Member host throughout their visit in the Club and when requested by employees of the Company, identify themselves accordingly.
1.4.4 Members shall be liable for all dues and charges of their guests.
1.4.5 Members shall not permit their guests to use their membership cards for any reason whatsoever.
1.4.6 No guest is allowed in the following areas:
 
(a) Slot Machine Room
(b) Card Room
1.4.7 A Member is allowed to introduce the same guest to use and enjoy the facilities of the Club, (Food and Beverage Facilities excepted) twice per calender month. Guests who do not reside within Selangor and the Federal Territory area may be introduced by a Member to use and enjoy the facilities of the Club for such periods as shall be determined by the Management from time to time.
1.4.8 Members shall not introduce as their guest any Member who has been suspended be the Management front entering and using the facilities of the Club or whose Licence has been terminated by the Management.
1.4.9 Notwithstanding the provisions set out above, the Management reserves the right to deny any guest the privilege or permission to enter to use and enjoy any of the facilities of the Club.
1.5 CONDUCT BY MEMBERS
1.5.1 Tipping of the employees of the Company shall be strictly prohibited.
1.5.2 No employee of the Company shall be sent by any Member or his/her guest on any errand outside the Club premises except with the prior permission of the Management.
1.5.3 Members and their guests shall at all times:
 
(a) conduct themselves with decorum and observe courtesy and rules of etiquette while in the Club premises.
(b) use the appropriate attire prescribed by the Rules and/or as posted on the Club premises from tittle to time when using the facilities of the Club.
1.5.4 Kelab Darul Ehsan Rules & Regulations governing use of Club which was revised in 1998 states that members and their guests are requested to park their cars in an orderly manner and in designated parking lots failing which a fee may be levied against the member concerned. Please note that each parking lot can accommodate one car and that action would be taken against any member who fail to ensure that the car is parked within the perimeter of the parking lot.
1.5.5 No Member shall remove any newspaper, magazine, periodicals or movable property of the Company placed in the Club premises without prior permission of the Management.
1.5.6 Any Member or his guest breaking or damaging the property of the Company in the Club premises shall pay the Company the cost of making good the damages. The amount of such cost shall be assessed by the Management whose decision shall be final.
1.5.7 Members shall refrain from making any noise. Causing any nuisance or doing any act or thing which may, in the opinion of the Management, create annoyance to the other
Members and their guests.
1.6 MISCELLANEOUS
1.6.1 No Member or his/her guest is allowed to enter the service rooms, kitchens, employee's quarters, filtration plant pump room or any such prohibited areas tinder any pretext whatsoever unless otherwise permitted by the Management.
1.6.2 No Members shall display any posters, notices, etc. in any part of the Club premises without the prior permission of the Management.
1.6.3 No employee of the Company shall be reprimanded or punished by a Member. Any complaint made against an employee of the Company must be referred to the Management.
1.6.4 No food or beverage other than those served by the Management at the Club premises may be brought into any part of the Club premises unless otherwise permitted by the Management.
1.6.5 Chewing of tobacco. gum, tobacco products or betel leaves and/or consumption of illicit drugs is prohibited in the Club premises.
1.6.6 Unless otherwise permitted by the Management no Member shall be allowed to play in the Club premises any radios, transistors or musical instrument which may cause nuisance or annoyance to other Members at the Club premises.
1.6.7 Sports equipment which are not approved by the Management shall not be allowed to be used in the Club premises.
1.6.8 No member or his guest shall bring any animal into the Club premises.
1.6.9 No private servant or amah shall be permitted to use any of the facilities and amenities of the Club.
1.6.10 Neither the Company nor the Management shall be liable for the loss or damage to any article brought upon the Club premises by a Member, his spouse, child or guest. Members who leave articles of clothing or personal property in any part of the Club premises do so at their own risk.
1.6.11 Neither the Company nor the Management shall be liable far any injury, or damage whatsoever caused to a Member, his spouse, child or guest or to any other person.
