OPERATING
HOURS |
| 10.1.1 |
The
Slot Machine Room shall be open clueing such hours
as shall be posted at the Club premises from time
to time. |
| 10.1.2 |
The
Management may at any time, close the Slot Machine
Room or any part of the Slot Machine Room for any
reason whatsoever. |
| 10.2 |
GENERAL |
| 10.2.1 |
Only
Members above eighteen (18) years old are allowed
in the Slot Machine Room. |
| 10.2.2 |
No
machines may be reserved by or on behalf of any Member.
Any article left at any slot machine as a token of
reservation will be removed. |
| 10.2.3 |
Refreshments
provided by the Management in the Slot Machine Room
must be strictly consumed within the area of the Slot
Machine Room. |
| 10.2.4 |
Members
shall report any malfunction in any slot machine to
the Management and shall not attempt to rectify or
tamper with the same. |
| 10.2.5 |
All
Jackpot credits must be verified by the Management.
As a rule, if the handle of a slot machine can be
pulled as a result of manipulation, no credit will
be allowed. |
| 10.2.6 |
Shortages
in payment which cannot be verified will not be honoured
but overpayments
may be retained. |
| 10.2.7 |
Muslims
are not allowed to untilise the slot machines. |
