A: My personal page
is your automated generated homepage, the contents
are generated with the contents you provided, when
you first filled the form for sign up!
Q: How
do I change my contents/background?
A: You are given a space
to change the content of your page by clicking onto
"Edit My Profiles" here is where you update
your informations, personal messages, photos or
change your background color.
Q: How
can I get people to hit my page constantly?
A: People usually hit
onto your page if there is frequent updates on your
page, therfore "Edit My Profiles" is your
tool ! . Change your personal messages frequently
by sharing ideas, giving more descriptions about
yourself, and telling them to hit onto your page
frequently to read about you. Update your picture
frequently too ! - that works ! Ask members or friends
to save you as a friend, so that they can come back
to your page easily at any time !- Another way is
to be visible in the chat room, so that member will
be able to click onto your name and hit up your
page.

Q: What
is my friends list?
A: This is where you
save up all the members that you like, so that you
can have easy access to their page. Every member
saved will be listed in you friends list. Please
remember that not everyone likes being put on a
Friend's list. Please comply with a Member's wishes
if they request to be removed from your Friend's
list.
Q: What
does it really do?
A: Easy access, to frequent
visit your friends, and you can send your friends
a note easily, by selecting on which friends you
wish to send to, or send it to all your friends
at a time. This is simply great is because, if you
update your page or your picture, you are able to
pass on the message to them, asking them to visit
your page for updates!
Q: How
do I save a friend to my friends list?
A: There are two ways,
it is either by dropping by at their page, and clicking
onto "save as friend" or by typing out
the members name in your friends list corner and
save them!
Q: How
do I edit my friends if I do not like them?
A: Simple, just go to
your friends list corner, and click onto edit friends,
select which friends you wish to delete and simply
click onto delete.
Q: What
if I do not want to be in a friends list of another
member?
A: As a Member, you
have the right to refuse being saved to someone
else's Friend's list. If another Member refuses
to remove you from their Friend's list, please report
and we will remove your name for you.

is a my clubs list?
A: This is a list of
clubs that you are involved in, either being a member
or a founder of the club.
Q: What
does it do?
A: It gives easy access,
you will be able to find you clubs easily, rather
than searching for it, or you can directly send
newsletters to all club members without going into
the club's homepage. If you wish to send to only
selected club members, click onto the club members
and select which members you wish to send to. This
is your space to manage your club! To learn how

Q: Can
I remove myself from the club itself?
A: Yes, of course, all
you need to do is to check on to the little boxes
on the left, and click onto "delete all checked"

Member find is a space where you can locate members.
You are able to locate members by viewing a list
of members directly. You are able to do advance
searched, searching members by gender, club member
of, age.

them option on locating and searching for members.
You are able to do it in so many ways to find your
perfect match/ friend/partner.

the username?
A:
There is two spaces to do so. One, by the main home
page itself, and the other by member find under
"name search".

What does profile search do?
A:
Profile search is an advance search, wherby you
are allowed to serach for a more specific member
by its gender, age, relationship status, job industry,
occupation, race, news, music taste, sports, recreations
and hobbies.

for?
A:
This is to notify you that these members are actually
online and is in active status in the community.
We will be upgrading our community features in future,
to provide you a better service, and will be needing
this feature to carry our a few other options.

is boards/post?
A:
It is a single topic discussion that takes place
in an asynchronous fashion. Unlike Internet chat
which requires the simultaneous presence of a number
of people, a contribution to the discussion here
is more akin to hanging up a notice on a board.
Others, when they visit, have the opportunity to
add comments to the first message, or to post new
messages of their own. The discussion thus builds
up over hours or days.

do I make full use of the boards/post?
A:
The forums are actually, divided into a few categories.
Select the category you are interested in and participate
by voicing out your thoughts, ideas, deals and questions
or simply reply or help out in that column. It particularly
interesting if you like to discuss about certain
topics, or if you wish to post up news, articles
or deals. Members will be able to partcipate along
with what you have had posted or replied to.

is a chat room?
A:
A chat room is a place where you are able to communicate
directly with other members.
Q:How do I chat?
A:
To enter a chat room, click on the "Chat"
button on the top navigation bar. Find a chat room
that you would like to enter and click on it. This
will bring you to the "Welcome to Chat"
page. From there, click on the "Enter"
button to load up the chat room and then you can
start chatting.
Q:How
do I create a chat room?
A:
To create a chat room type in the name of the room
you want to create in the "Create a public
room:" field in the upper-right of the Chat
page and hit the "Go" button. You're room
will be listed in the "All other rooms"
area of the Chat page.
Q:How
do I change the size and color of my font in the
chat room?
A:
Click the "Color" and "Size"
drop down menus on the lower part of your chat screen
to change font color and size. For font style, use
the B, I, and U buttons on the lower-left for bold,
italics, and underline.
Q:What
does the "Tagline" feature in Chat do?
A:
The "Tagline" feature allows you to tell
the other members in the Chat more about yourself.
The text you type into the Tagline text box will
appear next to your Username with every post you
send.

can't I chat with other members?
A:
Please make sure your Web browser meets the following
system requirements:
For Windows-
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above
Netscape Communicator 4.5 and above
For MacOS-
Unfortunately, only users of Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5.0 and above can access the Java-based
chat. Our engineers are working hard on making it
Netscape compatible.
If your Internet access is behind a firewall, you
may not be able to access chat.

is report abuse?
A:
A space is given to you to fill in if you encounter
any asssults, or sexually profined matter, if they
have violeted the rules and regulations of the club.
We will contact you when we receive such complaints
and investigate further.
Q:What
kind of abuse can I complain?
A:
Please refer to our rules and regulations, in general,
harassment of another Berjayaclubs.com member via
Notes, Pages, or postings is not permitted. Harassment
means: saying bad things about them; sending them
unwanted messages; attacking their race, heritage,
etc. Unsolicited "spam" messages are also
not permitted unless expressly authorized by the
recipient. While we encourage you to introduce yourself
to other Members, please respect their wishes if
they do not want you to send them mail. If you feel
that another Member is harassing you, please report
by filling out a member violation report.

What is my username?
A: Your username is
the nickname you use on Berjayaclubs.com member
community.
Q: How do I change
My Username?
A: You cannot change your username once
you have opened an account. The only way to get
a different username is to open a new account. You
can do so by logging out of your current account,
and then clicking on the "sign up" button .
Q: How
do I change my Password?
A: To change your password,
click on the "edit my profile" button on the lower-left
navigation and click on the "password change" button
on the left navigation.
Q: If I forget my
Password, how can I get it back?
A: Without your password,
you will not be able to log into the community,
you will have to click onto "trouble"
and retrive your password by keying in your username
and your club's membership number.

do I close my account?
A: To close your account,
click onto "edit my profile", "general
information" and "close account right
at the bottom.

Q: Why
is an account closed?
A: Accounts will be
closed if they they act do not comply with our rules
and regulations! An account is closed without consent
when member under probation violets the rules and
regulations.
