SPORTS FACILITIES
Suspended members are not allowed to utilise the sports facilities.

CREDIT LIMIT

Members who have reached their maximum credit limit are required to settle their bills by credit card or cash upon verification of their credit status. Members who wish to increase their credit limit may write in to the management with justification.

CREDIT STATUS
For all suspended or terminated members who pay by cheque, their accounts shall only be updated upon clearance of the cheque (after 3 working days).

PAYMENTS
Members making payment at the cashier counter are reminded to produce their membership cards for credit status verification and to enjoy members rate. This is even applicable to members who may have opted to pay either by credit card or cash. Members who failed to produce the membership card will be charged at non-members rate. Please insist for your bill or official receipt when you make payment to our staff and check the mode of payment stated before leaving the counter to safeguard your interest.


CANCELLATION OF COURT BOOKINGS
Any cancellation of booked courts whether through internet, in person or through phone must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time, failing which a penalty of RM10 will be levied as cancellation fee or NO SHOW FEE.
