Type of Membership

Corporate
Membership Fee :
One nominee : RM25,000
Two nominees : RM50,000
Three nominees : RM55,000
Administration Fee : RM95
Monthly Subcription : RM99.50 + 5% govt. tax per nominee
Transferable after one year if to another corporation and no time limit if change of nominee. Change of nominee fee is one percent (1%) of current market price of membership at the club. (not the promotional price).Extended to nominee's families with children below 18 years of age.

Individual
Membership Fee : RM25,000
Refundable security deposit : RM1,000
Administration Fee : RM95
Monthly Subcription : RM99.50 + 5% govt. tax
Extended to principal, spouse and children below 18 years of age.
Transferable after one year.

Corporate memberships
Entrance Fee: RM15,000
3D2N stay at Berjaya Duxton Singapore for two plus breakfast. Plus food and beverage vouchers.
Privileges : All clubs facilities extended to principal, spouse and children below 18 years of age.
Transferable after one year.


B. Other memberships available

Extended to expatriates only. Extended to principal, spouse and children below 18 years of age.

Single Person
Membership Fee : RM12,800
Refundable security deposit : RM1,000
Administration Fee : RM95
Monthly Subcription : RM 63.00 + 5% govt. tax
Transferable after one year. May upgrade to individual membership by paying the difference in the current market price of an individual membership at the club and the purchased price of the single person membership. All club facilities are available.

Equestrian
Membership Fee : RM10,000
Refundable security deposit : RM1,000
Administration Fee : RM95
Monthly Subcription : RM99.50 + 5% govt. tax
Extended to principal, spouse and children below 18 years. Transferable after one year, May upgrade to an Individual Membership by paying the difference in the current market price of an Individual Membership and the purchase price of the Equestrian Membership. May only utilise equestrian and food & beverages of the resort.

How To Get A Membership - Entrance Fee

Items to be Submitted with Application Form
1. Three (3) driving licence size photographs each
2. Photocopy of NRIC/passport
3. Photocopy of children's birth certificate
4. Duly completed application form
5. Two (2) copies of signed Licence Agreements
6. All cheques are made payable to "Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad".
7. For corporate membership, certified true copy of the company resolution and Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&A).

Cooling-Off Period
Applicants are advised that they are entitled a cooling-off period of ten (10) days from the date the application form for the purchase of a membership is lodged with the company to withdraw the application without any deduction or penalty.

Duration of Membership
Seventy (70) years from March 25, 2059

Remarks
Membership cards will not be issued if the Licence Agreement is not duly executed.
Temporary membership cards with no signing facilities will be issued.
