THE
FITNESS CENTRE AND CHANGING ROOMS |
| 6.1 |
FACILITIES |

The
Fitness Centre will comprise the following facilities |

(a)
Gymnasium, |
| |
(b)
Fitness Assessment Room, |
| |
and
include such other facilities as the Company
shall determine from time to time |
| |
The
Changing Rooms may comprise the following facilities. |
| |
(a)
Sauna |
| |
(b)
Steam Room |
| |
(c)
Jacuzzi |
| |
(d)
Japanese Bath |
| |
(e)
Massage Rooms |
| |
(f)
Lockers |
| |
and
include such other facilities as the Management
shall determine from time to time. |
| 6.2 |
OPERATING
HOURS |
| |
The
Operating hours and by-laws relating to the
use of the Fitness Centre and the Changing Room
shall be posted on the Resort's Notice Board. |
| 6.3 |
GENERAL |
| 6.3.1 |
Members
are not allowed to bring children aged 15 years
and under to the Fitness Centre. |
| 6.3.2 |
Towels
and locker keys may be signed for and taken
from the receptionist at the Fitness Centre.
A charge of such amount as shall be determined
from time to time by the Management will be
imposed for any keys or towels lost or not returned
before 10.30 p.m. on the same day. |
| 6.3.3 |
The
entire Fitness Centre and Changing Rooms areas
are no smoking areas. |
| 6.3.4 |
Members
are to produce their membership cards if and
when so requested during periodical membership
checks |
| 6.4 |
GYMNASIUM |
| 6.4.1 |
Members
must attend a general orientation programme
prior to their usage of any of the facilities
of the gymnasium. Only the gymnasium instructors
are allowed to give any formal instruction in
regard to the use of any of the facilities there. |
| 6.4.2 |
Any
Member who participates in any physical fitness
or health programme shall register for such
programme at the Sports Control Desk or reception
counter at the Resort's Sport Complex prior
to his participation in any such programme. |
| 6
4.3 |
If
so required by the Management, a Member shall
produce a medical clearance certificate from
his physician to certify, that he is fit to
participate in strenuous exercise and/or fitness
testing programmes. Members must execute the
Resort liability waiver form before participating
in any programme. |
| 6.4.4 |
Gym
shoes must at all times be worn in the Gymnasium. |
| 6.4.5 |
Equipment
and weights used must be placed back in their
place allotted. |
| 6.4.6 |
Members
should wipe the benches and equipment clean
of their perspiration after their use. |
| 6.4.7 |
No
equipment are to be moved around without the
gymnasium instructors knowledge. |
| 6.5 |
CHANGING
ROOMS |
| 6.5.1 |
Persons
suffering from any ill health or ailments which
may be contagious are not allowed to and should
not use the Jacuzzi, Sauna Japanese Bath or
Steam Rooms. |
| 6.5.2 |
Male
Members and guests who are using the Japanese
Bath or Jacuzzi must use the shorts that are
provided by the Resort. Nude bathing or the
use of personal underwear is strictly forbidden. |
| 6.5.3 |
Sports
tickets for massage are to be displayed outside
the massage cubicle. |
| 6.5.4
|
Only
persons above the age of 18 years are permitted
to use the massage cubicle. |
| 6.5.5 |
No
smoking, drinking or eating is allowed in the
Changing Rooms. |
