12.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
12.1 FACILITIES
 
(a) The Food & Beverage facilities may comprise the following facilities or such other facilities as the Management shall determine from time to time:-
 
(i) Kiara Coffee House
(ii) Chinese Restaurant
(iii) Equestrian Cafe
(iv) Polo Lounge
(v) Bowling Cafe
(vi) All Food & Beverage outlets throughout the Club premises.
12.2 OPENING HOURS
 
(a) The various Food & Beverage Facilities shall be opened daily at such hours as shall be posted at the respective Food & Beverage Facilities.
(b) The Management may close the Food & Beverage Facilities or any part of the Food & Beverage Facilities for such reason as the Management shall deem fit.
12.3 GENERAL
 
(a) Reservations for any banquet facilities may be made by Members and will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis upon payment of a sum equivalent to 50% of the fee payable or such other amount as the Management may determined from time to time. Full payment for the function must be made on the day of the function or a letter of undertaking is needed for prior approval. Payment can be made either by cash or credit card. Check payable to "BUKIT KIARA RESORT BERHAD".
(b) All reservations made must be confirmed by the Member. Amendments must be conveyed in writing at least 72 hours prior to the function.
(c) Any cancellation of any reservation by a Member must be by way of notice to the Management at least fourteen (14) days before the reserved time of the function, failing which the 50% deposit paid shall be forfeited. Cancellation made within 72 hours of the function will be charged a fee equal to the deposit paid.
(d) Playing of musical equipment including radio cassette players. etc. by persons other than Management is prohibited in all Food & Beverage outlets.
(e) Only dishes available on the menu shall be served.
(f) Members are not allowed to carry their food or drinks to areas other than where it was ordered from.
(g) Tables in Food & Beverage outlets shall be used strictly for dining purposes only. The Management shall be empowered to ask the Member found contravening this rule to leave the particular outlet.
(h) Table reservations shall be accepted by the Chinese Restaurant and allocation of seats in all other outlets shall strictly be on a first-come-first-served basis.
(i) All Members must produce their membership card whenever ordering their meals
(j) The Management shall be empowered to alter and introduce the appropriate for all F & B outlets from time to time
12.4 DRESS CODE
 
(a)

All Members and their guests shall adhere to the dress code as stipulated by the Management.

(b) The Management shall prohibit any Member or guests from entering its Food & Beverage outlets if the dress decorum is not observed.
(c) Members or guests shall leave the outlet when requested by the Management if such person is found to be breaching the dress code.
