RULES
1. GENERAL
1.1 CLUB HOUSE/FACILITIES
1.1.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided in the Rules, the Club House shall be opened daily at such hours as may be determined by the Management
from time to time. Notice of the opening hours of the Club House shall be posted at a conspicuous part of the Club House.
1.1.2 The Management may at any time and from time to time by notice whether generally or for a particular occasion alter or vary the opening hours of the Club
House or close any of the facilities of the Resort's or any part of the facilities of the Resort.
1.1.3 The facilities of the Resort shall be opened during such hours as shall be posted at the Resort's premises from time to time.
1.2 MEMBERSHIP CARDS
1.2.1 Every Member will be issued a membership card and at his request, his spouse and children above twelve (12) years old will each be issued a membership
card.

1.2.2

All persons who have been issued membership cards must carry their membership cards while in the Resort premises and must produce their membership
cards when requested to do so by an authorised employee of the Company.
1.2.3 Membership cards are not transferable and must be returned to the Company upon the termination of a Members License.
1.2.4 A Member shall not lend or give his membership card to any person for any reason whatsoever
1.2.5 If a Member loses his membership card, he must report such loss to the Management immediately whereupon such report, a new card will be issued and a fee to be levied.
1.2.6 No cash will be accepted by the employees of the Company for any merchandise and/or service consumed and rendered within the Resort premises
unless otherwise authorised by the Management.
1.2.7 Every Member shall acknowledge receipt of food, beverage, merchandise and service purchased and rendered by presenting their membership cards and signing a charge ticket bearing their full name and membership number
1.2.8 A service charge shall be levied on all food, beverage and service purchased and rendered
1.3 MINORS
1.3.1 Children under the age of twelve (12) years are not permitted in certain areas of the Resort premises as determined by the Management from time to time unless
accompanied by a parent or under authorised supervision.

1.3.2

Persons under the age of eighteen (18) years are not allowed in:
 
(a) the Bar
(b) the Slot Machine Room
(c) the Games/Card Room
(d) Massage Rooms
(e) Snooker Room
1.3.3 Persons under the age of eighteen (18) years are strictly prohibited from consuming any alcoholic beverage within the Resort premises.
1.3.4 Parents shall at all time be responsible for the conduct of their children at any part of the Resort premises.
1.4 GUEST RULES
1.4.1 A Member may, subject to the payment of such guest charge as shall be determined by the Management from time to time and the Rules of the Resort. Introduce guests to the Resort to use and enjoy the recreation facilities of the Resort, Guests shall include the domestic servants of the Member.
1.4.2 All guests must be registered by the introducing Member in the individual outlet reception area of the Resort prior to their usage of any of the facilities of
the Resort If a Member shall fail to register his guests he shall be liable to pay twice the amount of guest charges payable and be deemed to have committed an
act of misconduct and be subject to disciplinary action under Rule 20
1.4.3 All Guests must be accompanied by their introducing Member host throughout their visit in the Resort and when requested by employees of the Resort, identify
themselves accordingly. Members shall at all times be responsible for the conduct of their guests
1.4.4 Members shall be liable for all dues and charges of their guests
1.4.5 Members shall not permit their guests to use their membership cards for any reason whatsoever.
1.4.6 Unless otherwise authorised by the Management, no guest is to be allowed in the following areas.
 
(a) Slot Machine Room
(b) Card Room
(c) Massage Rooms
1.4.7 A Member is allowed to introduce the same guest to use and enjoy the facilities of the Resort, (food and beverage facilities excepted) twice per calendar month or for such other quantum and period as the Management may from time to time determine. Guests who do not reside within the states of Selangor and the
Federal Territory may be introduced by a Member to use and enjoy the facilities of the Resort for such periods as shall be determined by the Management from time to time.
1.4.8 A Member shall not at any time, whether directly or otherwise, introduce as his guest(s) any Member who has been suspended by the Management from entering
and using the facilities of the Resort or whose License has been terminated by the Company.
1.4.9 Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, the Management reserves the right to deny any guest the privilege or permission to enter to use and enjoy any of the
facilities of the Resort.
1.4.10 Each Member (Principal/Spouse) is only allowed to invite a maximum of three guests for the use of the recreation facilities and may from time to time at the absolute discretion of the Management be changed and such changes if any, will be posted on the Notice Board of the respective Sports facility.
1.5 CONDUCT BY MEMBERS
1.5.1 No employees of the Company at the Resort shall be sent by any Member or his family or guest on any errand outside the Resort premises except with the prior
permission of the Management
1.5.2 Members and their guests shall at all times:-
 
(a) conduct themselves with decorum and observe courtesy and rules of etiquette while in the Resort premises
(b) use or wear the appropriate attire prescribed by the Rules and the By-Laws and/or as posted on the Resort premises from time to time when using the facilities of the Resort.
1.5.3 A Member and his guests shall park their cars in an orderly manner and in designated parking lots failing which a fee may be levied against the Member.
1.5.4 No Member shall remove any newspaper, magazine, periodicals or movable property of the Company placed within the Resort premises without prior permission of the Management.
1.5.5

Any Member or his guest breaking or damaging the property of the Company in the Resort premises shall pay the Company the full cost of making good such damages. The amount of such cost shall be assessed by the Management whose decision shall be final and shall be recoverable as a debt due from the Member to the Company

1.5.6

Members shall refrain from making any noise, causing any nuisance or doing any act or thing which may, in the opinion of the Management, create annoyance
to the other Members and their guests.
1.6 MISCELLANEOUS
1.6.1 Unless otherwise permitted by the Management, a Member or his guest is not at any time allowed or permitted to enter the service rooms, kitchens, employee's quarters,
filtration plant, pump room or any other places which has been designated as prohibited areas by the Management under any pretext whatsoever.
1.6.2 Paging of Members and guests will only be made in the case of emergencies
1.6.3 No Member shall display any posters, notices or articles in any part of the Resort premises without the prior permission of the Management.
1.6.4 No employee of the Company shall be reprimanded or punished by a Member. Any complaint made against an employee of the Company must be referred to the Management
1.6.5 No food or beverage other than those served by the Company at the Resort premises may be brought into any part of the Resort premises unless otherwise permitted by the Management.
1.6.6 Chewing of tobacco, gum, tobacco products or betel leaves and/or consumption of illicit drugs is prohibited in the Resort premises
1.6.7 Unless otherwise permitted by the Management, no Member shall be allowed to play in the Resort premises any radios, transistors or musical instrument which may cause nuisance or annoyance to other Members or persons at the Resort premises.
1.6.8 Sports equipment which are not approved by the Management shall not be allowed to be used in or within the Resort premises.
1.6.9 No Member or his guest shall bring any animal into the Resort premises save and except for horses and ponies with prior approval from Management.
1.6.10 No private or domestic servant or amah shall, unless registered as guests, be permitted to use any of the facilities and amenities of the Resort.
1.6.11 Neither the Company nor the Management shall be liable for the loss or damage to any article brought upon the Resort premises by a Member, his spouse, child or
guest. Members who leave articles of clothing or personal property in any part of the Resort premises shall do so at their own risk. Any lost and found items or articles
at the Resort will be handled by the Housekeeping Department and the Company and/or the Resort shall not be in any Way responsible for such items or articles.
1.6.12 Neither the Company nor the Management shall be liable for any death injury or damage whatsoever caused to a Member, his spouse, child or guest or to any other person.
1.6.13 Any complaints or suggestions from the Member shall at all times be made in writing and directed to Management who will take cognizance of such complaints or
suggestions but shall not be bound to act on such complaints or suggestions.
