AQUATICS |

| 5.1 |
FACILITY |
| 5.1.1
|
The
aquatics facility may comprise the following
facilities or such other facilities as the Management
shall determine from time to time |

| i. |
A
25-metre heated swimming pool |
| ii. |
A
heated wading pool |
|
| |
|
| 5.2 |
OPERATING
HOURS |
| 5.2.1 |
All
pools shall be opened from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00
p.m. daily unless otherwise determined by the
Management from time to time. |
| 5.2.2 |
The
Management may, at any time, close the aquatic
facilities or any part of the facilities for
any reason whatsoever. |

| 5.3 |
GENERAL |
| 5.3.1 |
All
persons must shower before entering the pools. |
| 5.3.2 |
No
person is allowed to swim or sunbathe without
swimming attire. Only swimming attire which
are approved by the Management may be worn and
in this respect, Management's decision shall
be final. |
| 5.3.3
|
All
persons must change into their swimming attire
at the Changing Room only. |
| 5.3.4 |
Children
below 12 years old must be accompanied by their
parent or guardian. |
| 5.3.5 |
No
person suffering from any contiguous disease
or under the influence of liquor or drug is
allowed to use any of the aquatic facilities
of the Club. |
| 5.3.6 |
No
person shall consume food or drinks in or near
the edges of the pools. |
| 5.3.7 |
Spitting
or any unhygienic acts in or around the pools
or deck are prohibited. |
| 5.3.8 |
Only
swimming and buoyancy aids which are approved
by the attending life guard/supervisor are permitted
in the pools. |
| 5.3.9 |
All
persons must vacate the pools when directed
to do so by the attending life guard during
bad weather. |
| 5.3.10 |
Club
towels are available at the Poolside Changing
Room Counter and must be returned to the counter,
failing which a fee shall be levied for the
same. |
| 5.3.11
|
Running
around the pools, pushing or any 'rough play'
within the vicinity of and/or in the pool are
strictly prohibited. |
| 5.3.12 |
No
diving is allowed in the pools. |
| 5.3.13
|
Toddlers
using the children wading pool must be accompanied
by a parent or guardian. |

|
| 5.4 |
LESSONS |
| 5.4.1 |
Swimming
and other aquatic lessons may be conducted by
the Club's qualified and authorised coaches
or instructors only. |
| 5.4.2 |
All
registration and charged payments for swimming
programmes and rentals must be made at the Sports
Registration Counter. Cash payment to the coaches
or the instructor directly are prohibited. |
