FOOD
& BEVERAGE OUTLETS |

| 14.1 |
The
food and beverage facilities may comprise of
the following outlets or such other outlets
as the Management shall determine from time
to time |

The
Restaurant and Open Terrace |
| ii. |
Golfer's
Lounge |
| iii. |
Music
Room (Three private karaoke rooms) |
| iv.
|
Conference
Rooms |
| v. |
Banquet
Hall |
| vi. |
Other
food and beverage outlets in the Club
premises. |

| 14.2 |
OPERATING
HOURS |
| 14.2.1 |
The
various food and beverage outlets shall be opened
daily at such hours as shall be posted at the
respective food and beverage facilities. |
| 14.2.2 |
The
Management may close the food and beverages
outlets or any part of the outlet for any reason
whatsoever. |

| 14.3 |
GENERAL |
| 14.3.1 |
Reservations
for the Banquet facilities may be made by Members/guests
and will be accepted on a first come first served
basis upon payment of a sum equivalent to 50
% of the fee payable unless otherwise determined
by the Management from time to time. |
| 14.3.2 |
All
reservations made must be confirmed by the Member/guest
at least seven (7) days before the date of function
and upon such confirmation, the 50% deposit
shall be payable. |
| 14.3.3 |
Any
cancellation of any reservation by a Member/guest
must be by way of notice to the Management at
least 48 hours before the reserved time of the
function, failing which the 50% deposit paid
shall be forfeited. |
