RACQUET
GAMES FACILITIES |

| 4.1 |
The
Racquet Games facilities may comprise the following
facilities or such other facilities as the Management
shall determine from time to time |

Badminton
Courts |
| ii. |
Tennis
Courts |
| iii. |
Squash
Court |
| iv. |
Table
Tennis Courts |
|
| |
|
| 4.2 |
OPERATING
HOURS |
| 4.2.1 |
The
opening and closing time of the Racquet Game
facilities shall be determined by the Management
and displayed on the noticeboard. |
| 4.2.2 |
The
Management may, at any time, close the Racquet
Game facilities or any part of the facilities
for any reason whatsoever. |

|
| 4.3 |
GENERAL |
| 4.3.1 |
Children
below the age of 12 years old are not allowed
to use any of the Racquet Games facilities except
with parental/guardian supervision. Non-playing
children and pram are not allowed on the courts
and the playing area. |
| 4.3.2 |
Proper,
clean and presentable attire should be worn
on the courts. T-shirts with sleeves, shorts
and socks shall be used at all times. Singlets
and `cut-offs' are not permitted. |
| 4.3.3 |
Smooth
soled shoes with non-marking soles shall be
worn. Shoes with studs or spikes or black soled
shoes are not allowed. |
| 4.3.4
|
Only
approved types of equipment shall be used. Racquets
with sharp edges which are not protected are
not permitted. |
| 4.3.5 |
No
smoking, drinking and eating is permitted on
the courts and the playing areas. |
| |
|
| 4.4
|
BOOKING
PROCEDURES |
| 4.4.1 |
Unless
otherwise determined by the Management, all
courts may be booked on an hourly basis. Bookings
may be made in person at the Sports Registration
Counter, or, by telephone during operating hours. |
| 4.4.2 |
Bookings
may be made up to 3 days in advance for a period
of one (1) hour only. |
| 4.4.3 |
Any
Members wishing to cancel his reservations must
do so at least 4 hours prior to his playing
time, failing which a cancellation fee shall
be charged and debited to his account. |
| 4.4.4 |
Any
Members who fails to take up a reserved court
for three (3) consecutive occasion more shall
be barred from making any further bookings for
a continuous period of one calendar month. |
| 4.4.5 |
Any
reserved court not taken up within ten (10)
minutes by the Members who made reservations
will be made available to other Members. |
| 4.4.6 |
As
a courtesy to other Members, players must vacate
the courts when their session play ends. Extension
of play may be made at the Reception Counter/Sports
Con Counter, subject to availability. |

| 4.5 |
LESSONS |
| 4.5.1 |
Lessons
may be conducted by the Club's qualified and
authorised coaches and instructor only. |
| 4.5.2 |
Lesson
fees must be signed for at the Sports Registration
Counter prior to commencement of lesson and
any cash payments to the coach or instructor
directly prohibited. |

| 4.6 |
GUESTS |
| 4.6.1 |
Members
must be present and play with their guests.
A guest shall not be allowed to play or continue
to play in the event the introducing Member
is absent. |
| 4.6.2 |
Guests
are required to be signed in by members prior
to the commencement of play, failing which members
will be charged twice the amount of guest fees
payable. |

| 4.7
|
RULES
OF PLAY |
| 4.7.1 |
All
badminton games shall be played in accordance
with the rules and regulations forth by the
Badminton Association of Malaysia. |
| 4.7.2 |
All
tennis games shall be played in accordance with
the rules and regulations of the Lawn Tennis
Association of Malaysian. |
| 4.7.3 |
All
squash games shall be played in accordance with
the Constitution of Rules of Squash Racquets
Association of Malaysia. |
| 4.7.4 |
All
table tennis games shall be played in accordance
with the rules and regulations Malaysian Table
Tennis Federation. |
