GUEST
CHANGING ROOM FACILITIES |

| 6.1 |
The
Guest Changing Room facilities may comprise
the following facilities or such other facilities
as the Management shall determine from time
to time |

Sauna
and Steam Room |
| ii. |
Lockers |
|
| |
|
| 6.2 |
OPERATING
HOURS |
| 6.2.1
|
Unless
otherwise determined by the Management from
time to time, the Changing Room shall be opened
from 7.00a.m. to 9.00p.m. daily. |
| 6.2.2
|
The
Management may, at any time, close the Guest
Changing Room or any part of the outlet for
any reason whatsoever. |

| 6.3
|
GENERAL |
| 6.3.1
|
Neither
the Company nor the Management will be responsible/liable
for any loss or damages to the articles deposited
in lockers by the Member or his guest(s). |
| 6.3.2 |
For
valuable articles, please make use of the guest
safe box, which is provided with no charges,
at the Lobby's Guest Safe Room. |
| 6.3.3
|
No
smoking, drinking or eating is allowed in the
Guest Changing Room. |
| 6.3.4
|
Persons
suffering from any ill-health or ailments which
may be contiguous are not allowed to use the
Sauna and Steam Room. |
| 6.3.5 |
Children
below 12 years old are not allowed to use Sauna/Steam
Room and Jacuzzi facilities except accompanied
by parent/guardian. |
| 6.3.6 |
Boys
who are four (4) years old and above are not
allowed in the Female Changing Room and no girl
is allowed in the Male Changing Room. |
| 6.3.7 |
Club
towels are available at the Changing Room Counter
and must be returned to the counter, failing
which a fee shall be levied for the same. |
| 6.3.8 |
Lockers
may be available for rental to Members at a
nominal fee to be determined by the Management.
Allocation of lockers will be on first come
first serve basis. |
| 6.3.9 |
Members
must keep lockers allocated to them clean and
tidy at all times and no articles should be
left overnight in lockers which are designated
for daytime use only. |
| 6.3.10 |
Storage
of food stuff, weapons, banned publications/items,
dadah (illegal drugs), etc, the lockers is not
allowed. |
| 6.3.11 |
The
Management shall be entitled to charge a fee
for replacement of lost or missing locker's
key. |
