How To Apply

As our member, you have privileged access to a host of wonderful golf and recreational benefits. The membership application process is simple and convenient. Obtain an application form from us or download the form of your selected membership and fill in your details.

Also, please prepare the items below for the submission of membership application :

1. Duly completed application form and executed License Agreement
2. Photography of NRIC-applicant and spouse
3. Photocopy of birth certificate for children
4. Photographs-four (4) copies for each applicant, spouse and children(driving license size)
5. Payment for Entrance Fee, Security Deposit and Processing Fee payable to BERJAYA GOLF RESORT BERHAD
