1. Belly Dance

Come and experience the hypnotic movements of Belly Dancing.  In Arabic, Belly Dance is known as Rak Sharki. It is a total workout for the body, mind, and spirit. Not only does it provide a thorough, non-impact, and fat-burning exercise that tones and sculpts your muscles, it actually promotes a positive mental attitude toward your body. Belly dance provides an exhilarating workout that increases flexibility and tones your entire body, which in turn will boost your confidence and empower you.

2. Badminton Coaching

Coaching is done by Yap Twins Sport Management (YTSM), a leading coaching company established in several recreational clubs and schools. We provide coaches that have been highly trained by internationally-recognized experts. Our chief coaching director, Yap Yee Hup, was a national double badminton player for eight years, who attained a World Ranking of No 5 with his twin brother Yap Yee Guan. He has over ten years of coaching experience from coaching beginners and recreational players to advance-level competitors.

3. Swimming Academy

Run by Victorians Sports and Aquatics who believe that everyone regardless of their age or ability should be able to learn how to swim, the swimming academy has various programs to suit all swimmers. As well as being a vital life-skill, swimming also allows you to enjoy other water-based activities such as snorkelling or scuba diving, safely. It can also provide the foundations for participation in many other water sports like triathlon, synchro and water polo. Swimming Academy coaches and instructors are dedicated and committed to training both young swimmers and adult learners.

4. Latin & Ballroom Dance

Anybody can dance! There is no age limit and no dance experience is needed. If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry. Friends are welcome to join too!

Ballroom : Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep

6. Musikgarten

 

What is Musikgarten?

A pioneering early childhood music and movement program from the U.S.A – Group Music Class for Babies, Toddlers and Children up to 9 years old.

 

Why Musikgarten?

Musikgarten nurtures brain, social, emotional, physical and creative development. It builds a strong foundation for your child to learn piano, violin or other musical instruments.

 

Who is the founder of Musikgarten?

Dr Lorna Heyge and Audrey Silick combined well-balanced music experiences with neurophysics (brain development) and early childhood psychology to develop this specially designed curriculum for young children.

7. Line Dance Funk

Dance-inspired exercise classes that help you feel the beat of your own heart within the beat of the music. Easy to learn, intense, and high impact, the classes tap into deeply rooted desires to be self confident, strong, beautiful, energetic and healthy. This class also helps you to experience an overall better quality of life. Challenging for both mind and body, the classes are ultimately fun and rewarding.

8. Line Dance

Line Dancing is a choreographed form of popular dance incorporating a repeating sequence of steps, which is identically performed by a group of dancers in one or more lines. In addition to great exercise, it is ‘foot stompin’ good time fun’! Line Dance improves the efficiency of the heart, improves memory, balance and co-ordination, helps prevent Osteoporosis and builds stamina, reduces stress and aids in slimming and needs no partner.

9. Hip-Hop Dance

Hip-Hop by its broadest definition can include a wide arrange of styles such as breaking, locking, krumping and popping and even house dance. If you hear hip-hop tracks on the radio and feel like getting up to dance to the music but you don’t know how or feel shy, then this class is for you!

 

What will I learn?

You will develop body coordination as well as discover your own unique flair and dance style. Hip-Hop dance boosts your confidence, making you feel incredibly more attractive.

10. Taekwando

Curious about Taekwondo or martial arts in general? Come learn and practice basic kicks, punches and blocking while discovering the unique philosophy and history of this ancient art form. Also practice basic, effective self defence techniques including using your voice and other ways to keep yourself safe. No martial arts experience is necessary. Wear comfy clothes, bring your friends, and be prepared for fun!
